I believe anything thats consider as vegetables and fruits and definitely healthy and you can eat as much as you want :)
Watermelon is very healthy. I ate it quite a bit during my diet, and still do. 1 cup (diced). You could eat it every day if you wanted to.

They are 70% water and have many vitamins, so basically you can eat as much as you want.
I think the only fruit you should watch out is avocados
It's really healthy , specially when you're following a diet , it's low in carbs and it's all watery makes you feel full the minute you eat it
No fruit is healthy after 4:00 really. It contains too much sugar. :) Learned this tonight from my trainer.
