Good healthy snacks? Helpp

I really need to eat better I find my self being lazy and eatting chocolate and ice cream when I'm hungry

Peanut butter and banana sandwiches! I have a pic in my photos:) also frozen Greek yogurt ice cream is GREAT! I can find mine at a local grocery shop! Only 100 calories too but you could also try 
1: strawberries dipped in dark chocolate 
2: almonds + Greek yogurt 
3: cut the core out of an apple fill with peanut butter and microwave till warm
4: graham cracker, 1 block dark chocolate, marshmallow, graham cracker on top and u have a s'more! 
5: frozen grapes!!! ( taste like candy)!
6: honey swirled into Greek yogurt topped with cinnamon 
7: big glass of low fat chocolate milk!
8: home made oatmeal cookies! 
9: air popped popcorn! 
10: strawberry smoothie! ( 4-6 strawberries, Greek yogurt, ice, even add a banana if you'd like!)

Fruit baskets around wherever you hang out or work have worked really well for me in the past.

Put whole grain wraps in the oven and let them get crispy and make chips out of them and dip them in salsa.  Or if you want ice cream go with arctic zero.  You can have the pint and not gain a lb or have a protein shake with fruits.  Or chobani yogurt.
