So, I got my school schedule for next year and I will be having lunch at around 1pm and school starts at 7:55 am. Usually I wake up at 6 and have breakfast at 6:25 cause I live far from school. What's a good breakfast idea that will keep me full for at least 6 hours!?! I don't want those embarrassing stomach growls to happen during class! Lol

Cottage cheese it burns slower keeps you going plus anything with fiber add an apple. A good basic meal would be eggs toast cottage cheese and some fruit.

Whole wheat toast with peanut butter and sliced bananas on top. Plain Oatmeal with honey and fruit. A fruit parfait with Greek yogurt and some granola. Cottage cheese, oatmeal pancakes.
