Hi question I don't do supplements, but wanna try what's good and what's not, when's the best time to take it..
It depends on the type of protein you buy. Whey is fast absorbing and is best right after workouts or right when you wake up.
There is also casein protein which is slower burning great to take right before bed.
Egg protein is all around great and is the most bio available to the body.
Don't waste time on pea or soy protein it doesn't absorb into the body like the other kinds.
