What foods do you eat to get rid of fat?? Looking for some suggestions...thanks!!
Avoid sweets and fried food. Eat everything in moderation and avoid binging on chocolates, mithai, cold drinks, fast foods. Eat home made foods. One tends to eat more at buffet meals. Drinks provide only empty calories. Eat lots of veggies and fruits.

Try to eat less carbs and fats n more amount of protein that will basically help u to reduce the stored fats

Go for whole grains so you can feel fuller longer. Brown rice versus white rice.
It takes a while to incorporate whole grains into your diet cause of taste...believe me, it makes a difference!

wake up with a glass of warm water with lemon (before breakfast)...its a cleanser. Try to keep carbs for the day you are working out. More lean protein with vedgies....thats a starter. And dont skip a meal.
