Calculating calories debate

How does everyone calculate their own calories? Currently I'm 203 pounds, aiming for 187 pounds. I do 187 x 10.5= 1964 calories. It's working for me as it's the right about food intake. Just interesting to read other people's schemes. As remember abs are made in the kitchen not the gym

This feature on livestrong.com called myplate does it for me. I just put in my weight, height, how often I exercise, and how fast I want to lose weight. The calories are adjusted every time I lose a pound too :)
