Hummus is healthy, it gets most of its calories through olive oil so don't add too much
Also is chick pea hummus as healthy as everyone claims? Or am I further to get lentil hummus?
All fruits and veggies. Try endamame beans I eat them in this sauce I make:soy sauce, cilli peppers, and lemon juice, very good and filling.Apples by far ares uper filling. Have water with lemon as well. So many ways you can play with your foods be creative. Try new ways and combonations. Boiled eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, asparagus, garlic, i can keep going. Celery with peanut butter and raisins. Fresh jicama, red yellow orange peppers carrots cucumbers make different comninations....
If you can have any kind of nuts, them that should do. Non salty cashews, almonds, peanuts, ect.
I'm looking for something filling but healthy for snacks... I can't have anything in the mango family or with lactose... Any suggestions?
I'm open to anything as long as it's not oily. After my last pregnancy anything too oily (good oils or bad) make me horribly sick.
