Mine is: 7 ice cubes, chocolate soy milk, whole grain oats, blueberry Greek yogurt, peanut butter with honey, one scoop whey protein, one banana, scoop of creatine...yeah it's a beast to clean after, but this meal to go will keep you satiated for hours. Can't be beat!
