Hey guyss I have been running a lot lately && I NEED to know what are some ways to PREVENT cramps while working out !!

Try doing stretches before d workouts and drink more water. Hope it helps. :)

stretching, mental preparation, and adequate fluid/electrolyte balance are helpful. Spent some time under the sun!

Girl i would try warming first before running like light joggin. or when strengh training do stagger muvements like big circles with your hands thats 4 upper as 4 lowerbdy march in place. not streching inthe begining.then u fully strech the muscles after your workout.hope this helpz

A few things could help like increasing water intake throughout the day. Increase your potassium like eat a banana before you run also salt is an electrolyte which helps your body functions.
