Lots of water, no sodas, Cardio and hiit exercises, that'll burn the fast off while you're sleeping. Also cut all junk food out especially starches for two weeks and watch the results. It's okay to reward yourself occasionally and don't feel guilty, you deserve it, just don't go overboard. Get to bed early if possible and get up early and work out. There are some great supplements available at gnc and Walmart that will aid you in your work outs, consult with your doctor before using, but they have helped me with the intensity of my workouts. Above all have fun and don't worry about immediate results, forget the scale for at least two weeks your clothes will reveal the results. God bless
