I' ve always have this isssue with my tummy, watever I do my tummy is always here. Sometime it seen over bloat it. I am desperate I try to diet, I notice very little difference. Women always have this issue because we want to look good. I have good figure except for my lower abs. I need help, I think is about what I eat, but its hard. I'm not sure.
Usually its diet that keeps your midsection from looking the way you want it to. Check out Mario P he has a great thread called recipes for athletes. Great food option on there and I'm not sure how hard you hit your core but I'm a firm believer in planks try my workout plankology its liked by many.
