So many post on clean eating for flatter tummy for ladies. But im skinny and I need some meat. Ive been weightlifting tho. Tips on what to eat and how much of it?

Eat proteins(meat,fish...),drink milk and work out.
I gained 5 kilos the last 3 weeks😼

Find out how many calories it takes to maintain your weight (http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/) go 300 calories above that. Make sure you getting your fibre, protein, carbs and fat) eat healthy and go 300 calories above your bmr.
