Carbohydrate meal replacement
Hey, looking for something to replace pasta and rice with in my pre-workout meal. I usually use cucumber, pepper, chorizo and a meat in around 150g of pasta before a 3 hour climbing session. I'm wondering what I could use instead of pasta to cut down on carb intake? Does whole grain pasta have less carbs and better for me? Thanks
Have you ever tried spaghetti squash? Look it up it's pretty amazing.
