Love almonds for a snack, and fruit for a snack too.  Lately for breakfast I like whole grain toast with peanut butter and bananas, sometimes a little cinnamon too

Ground turkey meals, like turkey meatloaf, cauliflower mash & veggie medley or ground turkey corn enchilidas with mexican rice. My family favorite is ground turkey curry & assorted veggies over white rice. The list can go on. I know many recipes which are so simple to make, healthy & filling to get you thru the day.
