Any suggestions for best snack which I can munch on late at night... without worrying much about the calorie intake??

Late at night, I would just go with a fruit or vegetable. That way, I don't feel guilty because it's nutritious and usually low in calories. How this helped :)

P.S. I usually eat an apple or little Persian cucumber.

One of the best snacks you can have are usually dry fruit or mixed nuts (unsalted). I wouldn't snack at night unless you're loading up on protein before bed which will really put on muscle. But I would stick with a 12 hour eating window from 6am to 6pm or something. Remember, the healthiest snack is no snack at all. If you're trying to put on a lot of muscle, eat 5 to 8 full meals a day. You wouldn't have the room to snack anyway XD

Well yes I do agree the best snack is no snack.. but the large interval between my dinner n bed time craves me.. I was just feeding on anything that was available.. n that was taking me no where so I just changed the menu of fridge 😊 hope it helps

I too eat apple at night but sometimes it won't b sufficient so I cheat myself with other things.. anyway will be strict fom now on. Tx for the help.
