Choice of protien powder(mass gainer or whey protien)
I'm quiet thin,which is 184cm in height and 63kg in weight. I want to have a lean look,so which type of protien should I take?
Whey protein absorbs quickly and is best to take before or right after lifting.. Casein protein absorbs more slow and is good to take at night... Also soy milk is what I use at night because it helps to suppress an antimuscle growing chemical.
Both will put on lean muscle depending on fat, sugar and that kinda thing
