Hello everyone, sorry to jump in this topic. I have been using "Lean Shake" meal replacement 25g protein to lose weight, is it a good idea to switch to "Whey Protein" with the purpose to keep losing weight? Thanks in advance

Yes, whey protein is good idea to lean out. Meal replacement may not be giving you everything you need after workouts.

Whey protein absorbs quickly and is best to take before or right after lifting.. Casein protein absorbs more slow and is good to take at night... Also soy milk is what I use at night because it helps to suppress an antimuscle growing chemical.

Both will put on lean muscle depending on fat, sugar and that kinda thing
