Just found a great infographic about workout nutrition (protein and carbs and when to use them for cardio or weights) while using stumbleupon, a cool browser app I use to randomly browse all kinds of sites about health and fitness I otherwise wouldnt find.

I am not associated with the site I've linked or stumbleupon I'm just interested in helpful info :)
