IM having trouble finding a good diet to stick to can anyone help me find the best diet in your opinion please let me know

There are no special "diets" just eat clean and not processed foods.. Even organic! And lots of protien!

I do a calorie counter. Myfitnesspal is the one i use. It's free. You can get it as an app or on a browser.

The best diet is to eat whatever you want but count sugar intake and stay away from food high in sodium. Use myfitnesspal to help you keep track of those two main things. Calorie counting is a waste of time. Count sugar. You'll lose up to 10 pounds or more a month just staying in the recommended limit.
