Hello Everyone, can someone tell me whats the difference between Fish Oil tablets (omega 3,6 & 9) Supplements and GLA (Gamma Linoleic Acid
), i think is a omega 6 supplement. The fish oil tabs, has all 3 omega's but small amount of each, while GLA has a higher amount of fatty acids.
Which one should I consider or better yet, which one are you using for your Omega intake? Thanks in advance
