Just like what anthony said , what is ur calorie intake every day? If it's high then start decreasing it gradually to reach 1200 or 1100 same if it's low just increase it gradually . But from my perspective I think If u want to loose weight count how much u have burnt every day burn from 500-1000 calories every day and do not worry on how many calories u had eaten but make sure it's enough to build some muscle cause the more muscle u have the higher ur metabolism is

All the calculations are based on 3500 calorie per pound which is not correct because nobody loses pure 100% fat, but it's a good place to make a plan you can follow that WILL show results.
