Cheap meals to gain weight?

Been eating a lot but doesnt seem working. 180cm 55kg :(

Same as me mate :) just eat anything nice and substantial like chicken fish/tuna is cheap and eggs mixed with veggies, fruit and oats are great and cheap

Eat proteins and work out. This will make you gain weight. I had the same problem and tried to gain weight by eating much fat, but it didn't work.

What workout should I begin with? And what's the suggested dumbbell weight to start with?

I had the same issue when I was 12 , I just ate a lot of eggs and worked out a lot. If was u I would start with 10kg
