hello to everybody. i wanted to ask you what do you eat generally as clean food for gym. do u take fatburning supplements? or hunger decreasing supplements? dpi they work? thank u
I haven't had to try loose weight but if you want to get thinner or smaller in one area then I suggest working out a different area. As for food I seem to be able to eat anything and I don't put on much weight so I use protein to tone up. I think eat what makes you feel good, if it feels good and makes your body feel good then it's good for you, that's just what I think and do and it seems to work for me
My opinion is you look fantastic and you should keep doing what you have been doing
