Have food rich in protein....brown bread....drink a ice cream shake before sleeping.... I lost weight due to stress too...I'm following a weight gain plan too....eat watermelon jus after u workout....
Eat protein and carbs.avoid processed foods.continue your training as it will give you muscle mass.start your day on a healthy note with fruits,Brown breads,eggs.gaining or losing weight should be gradual as speedy transformation puts a lot of stress on the body

The comment regarding ice cream was kinda funny, yes it will definitely add weight to you - happily, but no, it isn't healthy as to what you are looking for. Lol
I suggest get a glass of milk atleast 1 hour before sleeping, and maybe add a few casein to it for slow absorption of protein. Other than that, I guess just add a little more to what you eat! Good luck on your goal!

2 - 4 whole eggs
1 glass whole milk +
4-6 slices brown bread
2 bananas + 50 g roasted peanuts + 5 almonds + 2 walnuts
Brown rice + chicken breast / beef lean / fish
Stir fried vegetables or steamed vegetables (broccoli + cabbage + carrots + peas + cucumber + tomatoes )
1 bowl curd with 2-4 slices. Jam bread
Roti + chicken
No fruits at night / no deep fried food / do cardio daily 30 mins post workout
Drink atleast 10 glasses water daily
