Anybody interested in eating whole foods rather than processed foods? I have been processed free for 4 days and feel great.

Whole wheat and grains. Lots of fruit and veggies, with minimal meat

True... the easiest way is to look at the ingredients if you don't know what it is its processed... the best way to avoid them eating only whole foods. Ingredients should be for example orange juice... not orange jucie from concentrate with 2 % or less of sjyrieih and jdbdbfbj an wodbdj and calcium and pottasium chdievdivide lol
