Im not a good cook and dont enjoy cooking either So I struggle with making healthy easy meals/snacks What do you make thats healthy, quick &easy?

Bake chicken breast ,salmon, Brussels sprouts asparagus red potatoes make quinoa and salad on Sundays for the next few days

This is one of the only things i make thats healthy and I make it tooo often.  1.Steamed broccoli with cheese, tuna fish with celery, onions, tomatoes,  lettuce on whole toasted bread light on the mayo

Huge salad with alllll the toppings, tomatoes,  red yellow orange bell pepps, mandarin oranges,  walnuts, cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower.... WHAT DO U PUT ON UR SALAD TO MAKE IT AWESOME & FULLFILING?

On salad i get awesome factor from garbanzos, artichoke hearts, olives, black beans, mushrooms and lentils.
