Eat fruits early in the day(morning-lunch). Digestion is a one lane highway. Protein &starches=Big Dumptruck,Fruits=SpeedCar...If u put a dumptruck(protein, starch) in front of speedcar(fruits) the speedcarbis going to crash into the dumptruck. Then it does not digest,fruit THEN turns into sugar=weight gain. Fruit itself DOES NOT make u fat, its what u put in front of it:)
