I'm just wondering how many others out there work a night shift??. I do 4 on days & 4 off, then 4 nights.
I seem to struggle with eating healthly when it comes to working nights. Anyone else in the same boat? Or have any tips?
I do regular night shifts so I know where your coming from.I try to prepare my food in advance to save time.I'll always buy a chicken that's way to big for one meal so I can use the rest at work in the week in sandwiches, salads or with pasta.
Yea i tend to struggle as wel. Just bring with you yhe food you want to eat. But bring enough thats sometimes my downfall. Not bringing enough with me to stick to it.
Just eat better bro. I work 3rds too, and at first I barely ate anything, like only twice a day. You should probably start prepping your meals, and write down a gameplan to follow.
