I had a banana before my 30min run this morning and I'm wondering what I should have for breakfast?...my normal All Bran cereal or maybe eggs or something...help please?
I wake up, have black coffee. Do my run for 30 min. Then straight away have all bran and scrambled eggs for breakfast.
Egg whites r good ...real oats r good also protien pancakes...fruit and cottage cheese ...if ya get burnt out eating th samething all th time mix it up..i wud eat light if i was goin to run first or mayb jus supplement with high carb replacement before run id get sick otherwise but u knw wats best for u ...thn eat a heathy breakfast after
