I had a banana before my 30min run this morning and I'm wondering what I should have for breakfast? normal All Bran cereal or maybe eggs or please?

I would say eggs cuz it has protein that's my guess

I do eat banana and b cottage cheese with fuirt everyday

Being as breakfast sets your energy level for the day, choosing something solid will help. 

Don't skimp out by just eating a banana but don't eat so much you're lethargic. Test different foods and see what is the best for you. Maybe eggs, toast with jam, and orange juice? Two whole grain pancakes? One cup of cereal with one cup of whole milk? :)

I wake up, have black coffee. Do my run for 30 min. Then straight away have all bran and scrambled eggs for breakfast.

I usually won't eat until after my workout. They say since our ancestors didn't get up and eat right away, our body's are fine with not eating before a workout, depending on what kind of course. But eat after, my favorite is a Greek omelet: 1 egg and 1 egg white, onions, peppers and feta cheese!

Egg whites r good ...real oats r good also protien pancakes...fruit and cottage cheese ...if ya get burnt out eating th samething all th time mix it up..i wud eat light if i was goin to run first or mayb jus supplement with high carb replacement before run id get sick otherwise but u knw wats best for u ...thn eat a heathy breakfast after
