Sweets or really sugar is really addictive so you have to wean yourself off. I would feel very fatigued or get headaches as a withdrawal symptom. Try to find snacks that give you a taste taste that will be pleasing with less and less sugar content. I found that a few weeks I could do without sugar all together, but it was not easy.
BTW trail bars and fiber bars are great.

Anything healthy besides fruit? Nothing really - unless you get the 'healthy' fiber and cereal bars in the stores that are loaded with preservatives and processed garbage... Ever had cliff bars?
