Every now and then its nice to treat ourselves for working hard, for example I have "Fatty Friday" the one day a week I eat "junk food". This works for me because I have my treat to look forward to so I won't be focusing on being on a diet. Does anyone else do something like this?

Yea I do the same… on saturdays. Is pizza nite I try not to over do it

Strawberry cheesecake is my weakness! I like to have a Sunday cheat day, with football and food!

For me its sunday o get to,have some cookies then after I do obe hour of excersise so cookies chocolate cookies

Have one day of cheat day once a week
And that's Saturday 
Love Indian:)
My fav is Peshawari naan bread
And saag paneer:)
I've not really got a sweet tooth  tbh
