Night Shift Munchies!

Working night shift is hard! It completely throws off my eating pattern, which screws with y metabolism! I've gained 10 pounds since I've worked here. It would be awesome if I could get my eating in order. It doesn't help that I LOVE my sweets. What the crap do I do???

I've got a sweet tooth myself. Trail mix always helps. The protein keeps you full longer than other snacks and you get a few sweets in there too. Just make sure to pick a healthy pack.

I work at bar so I know what you mean. I fix myself up some cut up apples with apple cider vinegar and cinnamon for my snack.

Pack yourself a "night time lunch" that is going 2b healthy and as snacks for fruit ir yogurt!
