What have you cut out or cut back on,in your eating schedule?

I cut out soda and I minimised the amount of times I ate chocolate to like once every 2 weeks

Sodas. Flavoured greek and regular yogurts. Sugar, milk and creamers in my coffee or tea. Milk chocolate. Most candies... all gone. :)

Really cut back on breads (white especially), deli meats and otherbprocessed meats...

Ive changed my eating a lot. But its great. I have acid reflux and went from feeling nauseas and/or just plain crappy 4-6 days a week to 2-5 now.
Talk about a reason to stay motivated. :)

I became vegetarian! That really cut back on all the crap I used to eat. Now I have to pack my self a healthy lunch.

You really do have to want it, Kristen. The willpower really does come from not feeling crappy every single day. And congrats, Sofia. I could never do that- im such a carnivore. And i couldnt survive without the protein.

Soda, fast food(except sub way), any type of junk food and I'm attempting to be a vegetarian for the month of January.

I've not cut anything out completely, but I found I easy much fewer carbs than I used to.

Cut out on junk food completely few yrs ago
I have a cheat day once a week though where I can eat whatever I fancy :)

White bread, candy, deli meats , juice and pop(those were easy I have always been a water drinker) my diet still isn't perfect but it has come a LONG wayI sure miss ah caramel cakes and ice cream though........... Ha...

For me it was just calories.  I still eat what I want just have to budget accordingly. Though this does cut out a lot of my snacking.
