What have you cut out or cut back on,in your eating schedule?
I cut out soda and I minimised the amount of times I ate chocolate to like once every 2 weeks
Sodas. Flavoured greek and regular yogurts. Sugar, milk and creamers in my coffee or tea. Milk chocolate. Most candies... all gone. :)
Really cut back on breads (white especially), deli meats and otherbprocessed meats...
Ive changed my eating a lot. But its great. I have acid reflux and went from feeling nauseas and/or just plain crappy 4-6 days a week to 2-5 now.
Talk about a reason to stay motivated. :)
Soda, fast food(except sub way), any type of junk food and I'm attempting to be a vegetarian for the month of January.
I've not cut anything out completely, but I found I easy much fewer carbs than I used to.
Soda, juices (except OJ), sugar in coffee, and cookies/cakes.
Sugar in my tea, now I have it black and Ive lost 3 pounds just from that
White bread, candy, deli meats , juice and pop(those were easy I have always been a water drinker) my diet still isn't perfect but it has come a LONG way. I sure miss ah caramel cakes and ice cream though........... Ha...
