Not feeling hungry

Hello Guys
I really need your advice.
At the morning ear a small breakfast for exampel a slice of bread. And I dont feel hungry anymore and the breakfast was 8-9 hours ago. Is this healthy ?

Try having smoothies or something. It's easier to consume foods like that even if you aren't hungry

If that is what you normally give your body, your body adjusts to it...but stores it as fat instead of burning through it...

Then look at your over all caloric intake. If that is healthy then don't worry about it.  If it is low then try to consume more food any way that you can.
