I really need your advice.
At the morning ear a small breakfast for exampel a slice of bread. And I dont feel hungry anymore and the breakfast was 8-9 hours ago. Is this healthy ?

Not at all. I would see a doctor.
It happends every day
Then look at your over all caloric intake. If that is healthy then don't worry about it. If it is low then try to consume more food any way that you can.
