Weight 96 lbs
My real problem??? fast metabolism.. I eat a lot!!! And i can't gain weight

You ALMOST have to over eat.

Protein with workout
I had the same problem
I was 88 kg and i'm now 96 kg
If you are not able to eat a lot of meat you can use protein bare.

Go to GNC and get some Re Build Mass and some Papya. The mass one is a high protien skake and thw papya is to slow down your metabolism. I did it and gained 40 pounds and can lift 250

Eat alot of what, you have to eat the right foods to gain. Try uping your lean protein intake and healthy carbs.

I follow a balanced diet with the right amount of carbohydrates, protein and fiber..

Add some weights in your workouts, I would actually more lifting than cardio to gain like 45 mins lifting & 15 mins cardio 4 to 5 days a wk. And eat alot more protein and carbs evry 2 to 3 hrs, 5 to 6 meals a day.
