I have been using myfitnesspal and it tells me my daily calories per day should be 2300 but my sugar intake is 50 grams. How can you keep to this if you are also being advised to eat five fruits a day. An apple is 15 grams. A banana is 12 grams ?
Dnt worry bout it fitnesspal has its flaws if ur sugar intake is frm fruit its definitely not a big deal and long as u stick to ur caloric intake and eat clean ull b fine

There are so many conflicting theories about sugar intake. I am a believer that you can eat as many fruits and veggies as you like. Maybe just keep in check with the refined sugars you take in
1) eat more vegetables
2) eat 7 a day
