A good idea I have yet to adopt is to go to your local produce junction and spend away. The point is the farther away the food you purchase, the less nutrients it "may" contain. Always look for whole grain products. It is important to remember to not starve yourself, you must eat small portions throughout the day to keep up your metabolism and promote a healthy internal system. Oranges, apples with peanut butter, bananas, whole grain oats and wheat, low-fat or no-fat milk, whole grain cereal (I started to use almond milk, very low calories, no trans or sat fat). Salads as well, natural products. Good pumps and good luck!
