Can I ask why just egg whites? Why not eat the yolk?

I do eat it all, Alot of people dont eat the yoke becouse it COULD bring high colesteral if it runs in the family. My family line has no colesteral problems so thats why i eat the whole egg and some dont...

👧This is a New Year's resolution. I WILL NOT QUIT. I am an insulin dependant diabetic. I cannot suffer any further complications? (Already have visual loss). I frequently experience hypoglycemia just walking. What can I do to prevent these frequent attacks?
