I like breakfast smoothies banana, peanut butter , oatmeal, w/ almond milk and ice

Protein powder optional! Yum!

I don't have a name for my smoothie but it consists of...
Spinach, kale, water, bananas, mangos, papaya, strawberries, and blueberries

It's very delicious and refreshing!

It is a low-glycemic and keeps me full so that i only eat vegetables and fruits. It helps to reduce and, as you get used to it, get rid of your cravings. you can search it if it is available in your place :)
