here's your dos:lean protein:chicken breast,egg whites,turkey breast,lean beef, whole grain:brown rice,sweet potatoes,oatmeal. fruits:pears,apples,pineapples,berries. veggies:asparagus,spinach,broccoli,kale. drink plenty water also use oilve oil to cook with. donts:sugary drinks,junk food,greasy food,white Bread,white rice.

Keep an eye on the sugar content of the fruits of trying to cut.

Get a food diary or food app and make sure you stick to it.
