Workout days.- eating more.

I can't help but notice I'm much hungrier on days I workout. I understand why but should I actually eat more or be a bit hungry? Goals are to tone muscle and lose fat. I don't eat carbs like breads pasta etc and I drink a protein shake. But still hungry!

Try and stagger your meals so you are getting a steady intake on workout days and have a banana before workout and protein shake after.
