Dehydrating all of your food before eating is NOT a good idea. The water in your food helps tremendously and if you dehydrate good, you'll just be hungry more and you will eat more because the water in food played a huge role in filling you up. That's why the dehydration diet is horrible for you. Just be mindful of your calorie intake. If you're active and do CORRECT cardio everyday then you don't need to worry about calories as much.
