Bloated problem

Hi, I always had this problem after everytime I eat or had a meal, I would get bloated and it gets uncomfortable at times. Lol

So how do I stop this problem? Should I change my deit? I don't drink milk, or anything diary, I cut off that stuff a long time ago. And I try to stay off anything salty. Any tips would be great! Thanks, have a great day.

Maybe you are sensitive to gluten.. its in your bread

Try drinking water mixed with lemon, orange, cucumber and mint leaves. I have the same problem and it flattened my stomach out

I have the same problem with you.. but at last i know how to solve them..try to eat and chew your food more slowly,it will make the digestion process more easier..

Would mixed drink like crystal light lemonade or is it real lemonade? LolĀ
