I'm sure this has been posted hundreds of times xD but any clean,easy, protein full meals?
I like to cook some brown rice, tuna and put two scoops of olive oil miraclewhip, then add random spices xD oh yeah, and bell peppers for antioxidants. Post your meals below

Banana on peanut butter bagel is gooood! I feel its high protein...not xactly sure

Bump^ and another recipe. Scoop of oatmeal, protein powder, some peanut butter. And milk xD I add a banana on the side for energy.
And adjust servings for percise calories and such ^_^
