I'm experimenting with intermittent fasting especially with lean gains & warrior's diet.
That has been the 2nd week combining both and physical wise I feel great & I lost 1 k.g. But I have to be consistent with clean foods & that's the hardest part for me
Yeah there are alot of articles about Carbohydrate Back Loading. I really like it because I went on it last year and I made alot of gains.
Yes eating completely clean is the hard part about any diet. With Carbohydrate Back Loading you can afford to have cheat days and it will not set you back at all.
