I'm on juicing diet. This is my second day down 3 pounds however I cheat I eat one small meal a day with meat. Gotta have my protein. Will post before and after pics on 7th day.

If your calorie intake is too low you'll lose muscles and it's unhealthy, so be careful

Are you getting the proper amount of micro nutrients? Calories are nothing if you aren't consuming proper nutrients.

I suggest U to juice no more than 5 days. Ur body needs all the nutrients. add juices to ur diet as a plus, but dont live on them only.

Why not just.... Um, eat the food? Is chewing not satisfying to you? Why make it juice?
