I've decided to do the diet again.. last time I did it (seriously and stuck with it) I lost 20lbs. And that was a few years ago and I was a much pickier eater. I have had a kid since then and an having issues with some weight loss and I want to get myself into better eating habits. Get off this junk food kick you know. Really helps to detox my body so I don't crave it as much. Anyways I have trouble getting my fruit and veggie (snack) intakes and I had the idea of making a smoothie to possibly make it easier. Im also not a huge fan of apples lol. I blame round 1 for that. But in a smoothie I think I could do it just fine. Any thoughts or recipes on a fruit and veggie smoothie?
