Whats the best kind of diet should a 15 years old do? Like srsly i dont wanna be fat bc foods in school are totally not good at all, and too lazy to bring some from home :/
Well lazy is the reason people are not fit.
You must eat at least 1200 calories a day and burn around 200 with exercise (going to school or school gymnastic are good ideas). Try more protein and reduce fat and bad carbohydrates. My diet plan now is this:
Breakfast: 1 cup of cereals and 1,5% milk or 1 musli bar and 1 cup of juice.
Launch: Whatever my mum cooks with some salad, expect fried foods.
Dinner: .Greek Yoghurt or healthy snack
If tou feel hungry anytime eat a fruit. You can have 1 free meal once a weak. And you can eat 1 piece of dark chocolate every 2 days.
I also do 20' dance or running 4 times a week.
