Does it really matter to keep track of your calories? I've cut out meat, wheat, grains, whey, dairy, and gluten but I'm wondering if I should still keep track?
Cut all those out with any specific reason?

Even though I've never counted calories I've heard it's a good way to track what u intake. However I heard people sometimes do it when they're cutting
Uh...what the heck are you eating then? You're not getting enough nutrients - there's no reason to cut dairy, meat or gluten out of your diet unless you have an allergy or intolerance to it.
