Does it really matter to keep track of your calories? I've cut out meat, wheat, grains, whey, dairy, and gluten but I'm wondering if I should still keep track?

It's sometimes good for folks just starting out so they have a good idea of the things they're eating and to help break down carbs, fat, and proteins. It helped me early on get a handle on portion control

You should keep track no matter what you eat or not calories count.  With that being said it sounds like you cut out to many things ur body needs.

Even though I've never counted calories I've heard it's a good way to track what u intake. However I heard people sometimes do it when they're cutting

Uh...what the heck are you eating then? You're not getting enough nutrients - there's no reason to cut dairy, meat or gluten out of your diet unless you have an allergy or intolerance to it.
