Any good detox diets?

I've fallen off the wagon and tumbled into dark territory. I want to get back on track and stop feeling so gross. I plan on eating clean again and exercising but I was wondering if you knew any good starts to clean my slate.

Cut off junk food and add more fresh fruit and vegetables to your diet. Personally, I would go for the mediterranean diet...you can google it to have an idea.

I don't know if GM diet or General Motors diet can be considered as a detox diet but I recommend it to my friends and it works all the time, guaranteed. Its a 7 day diet that can make you lose weight to as/much as 6-10lbs a week. Good thing is you are eating all the time with this diet. Just make sure to follow day to day food requirements.
