Here's an idea for a protein shake.

I was told by a co worker that he drinks plain Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and some peanut butter. Haven't tried it, but some of you can and tell me what you think!! :)

Try what I have twice a day.
2-3 bananas
3 table spoon oats
Handful of almonds
Peanut butter
Mint ice cream 
2 raw eggs
And milk :P

That's a lot of caffeine and sugar.

Perhaps. But it gets the job done. You can throw in another banana or another raw egg if you'd like.

Try 200ml of milk, 30g chocolate flavour whey protein, 1 teaspoon peanut butter,  3 tablespoons oats, & 1 banana. Delicious!

This is great! I usually do similiar but instead of whey protein I add, soaked chia seeds and cocoa powder

I love protein "ice cream". One scoop protein (I use chocolate), 3tbsp almond milk, 1tbsp peanut butter (or any nut butter really), 1/2tbsp honey. Freeze it. Heaven, especially after working up a sweat!
