Here's an idea for a protein shake.
I was told by a co worker that he drinks plain Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and some peanut butter. Haven't tried it, but some of you can and tell me what you think!! :)
Try 200ml of milk, 30g chocolate flavour whey protein, 1 teaspoon peanut butter, 3 tablespoons oats, & 1 banana. Delicious!
